Caleb Manchester, President

·Caleb, in his capacity as President, has ultimate responsibility for acquisitions, entitlement, concept/design, 3rd party team selections, financing, and investor management. In addition to his role at Gansett, Caleb is a frequent guest lecturer at UCONN’s Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies program, where he was 2019’s Alumni of the Year, and is the moderator of an Entrepreneur’s Organization forum in Boston.

Bill Caci, VP Construction

Working hands on in the construction industry over the last 20+ years, Bill has held a variety of executive level positions with boutique, middle-market, and large-scale builders in Greater Boston. His construction work history includes intense involvement in residential development, from both planning and execution prospectives. Bill holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.

Shubham Goski, Sr. Project Manager

Shub moved to the US in 2017 for his Master’s degree at Northeastern University. Since then, he has worked as a construction and development project manager in Greater Boston, specializing in residential and mixed-use projects totaling $80M in project cost to date.
